Locals at the Ironman World Championship
It's that time of year when the world's best head down to the Big Island, eat as much poke as they possibly can, and then swim/bike/run their little hearts out for eternal glory and a little wooden bowl. Big shout to our local athletes that will be there representing the volunteer state. It is incredibly difficult to qualify for this race and very few of us will get the opportunity to do so. You guys inspire and motivate all of us. You can follow these athletes during their race using either the Ironman website ( here ) or downloading the app IronMobile.
